~ Known to friends for their nature frolicking adventures, MitchaRachia live in a farmhouse in the Charlotte, Vermont Countryside and will be getting married outdoors in Vermont's Green Mountains.

~ Mitch and Rachel grow a ton of their own food, are fabulous localvore cooks, and create such delicious treats as MitchaRachia Farmhouse Salsa, Garden Stuffed Locally Grown Pork Chops, Homemade Garden Tomato Sauce, Farmhouse Jambalaya, Spiced Honey Zucchini Bread, and Tomato Soup Cake. Their farmhouse creations will be inspiration for the localvore foods that will be served at the wedding. They are also making a MitchaRachia Farmhouse Cookbook.

~ Mitch and Rachel co-manage a popular jam band circuit inflatable instrument band based on their backgrounds touring with jam bands Phish, moe., and Umphrey's McGee. This fun and silly form of entertainment will be featured at the wedding.

~ Mitch is a talented drummer, Rachel a powerful singer, and both will be starring in their performance enhanced wedding ceremony.

~Both of Mitch and Rachel's immediate families are also musicians and will be performing at the ceremony. The bridal party will be a collection of close friends who will provide additional musical entertainment as well as back up dancing.

~ A group Vermont musicians behind the popular Honky Tonk Sessions will provide evening wedding entertainment. Mitch and Rachel will also be providing additional musical interludes with the band.
